Abstract: The Sports and Recreation Development Bureau is responsible for basic sports and sports that support government policies. The benefits to the country include generating national prestige and revenue. Therefore, the Sports and Recreation Development Bureau commissioned the Sports Development Bureau to prepare a research report on models and guidelines for the development of student and youth sports in Thailand, using the 2008 budget, to establish standards for competition management. This research aligns with the vision of the Sports and Recreation Development Bureau: "The Sports and Recreation Development Bureau is a leading organization in sports, recreation, and sports science to sustainably develop national sports and improve the quality of life for the people." The Sports and Recreation Development Bureau hopes that this research report will enable relevant agencies and individuals to develop appropriate sports management and that the research results can be applied to benefit the country according to their potential. The Bureau also expresses its gratitude to the Sports Development Bureau for conducting this research.
