Implement policies, international cooperation plans, declarations, agreements, and obligations related to the missions of the Department.

Formulate plans and manage international sports activities and events.

Conduct, promote, and coordinate international cooperation with foreign organizations and agencies at both bilateral and multilateral levels in the areas of physical education, health, sports, recreation, sports science, and personnel development.

Study and analyze international situations and information to establish the Department’s negotiation framework and positions.

Prepare speeches, congratulatory messages, and official correspondence in English for executives.

Handle diplomatic protocol, receptions, facilitation, and hospitality for distinguished foreign guests.

Prepare meeting materials and facilitate overseas official travel for executives, government officers, and staff of the Department of Physical Education, including participation in relevant international negotiations and meetings.

Collaborate with or support the operations of other related agencies or assigned tasks.
