Dr. Suwat Sittilor, Director-General of the Department of Physical Education, presided over the opening of the Sports Science Network in Educational Institutions workshop to encourage youths in educational institutions to exercise properly. The event involved schools selected to become new sports science network schools in the Northern, Central, and Northeastern regions, and was held on June 6-7, 2011, at the Institute of Physical Education, Sukhothai Campus, Sukhothai Province.
