About the Organization

Mission and Duties of the Recreation Bureau

1. Formulate plans and conduct administration and activity organization regarding recreation for children, youth, and the general public.

2. Promote and develop recreational resources.

3. Coordinate cooperation with public and private organizations, partners, and networks both domestically and internationally regarding activity organization and public service provision in recreation.

4. Conduct the preservation, promotion, and development of traditional Thai recreation and local wisdom in collaboration with public and private organizations.

5. Study, explore, analyze, research, and develop operational systems in recreation.

6. Operate jointly with or support the operations of other related agencies or as assigned.
