Strategy and Planning

  1. Study, analyze, and formulate the Department’s strategies and operational plans in alignment with the National Strategy, Master Plans, National Reform Plans, National Economic and Social Development Plans, National Sports Development Plan, Recreation Action Plan, other related plans, as well as the policies of the Government and the Ministry of Tourism and Sports.

  2. Prepare annual budget proposals and allocate the Department’s annual expenditure budget.

  3. Monitor, evaluate, summarize, and report the Department’s operational performance.

  4. Provide information and support for executives in formulating the Department’s annual policies and operational guidelines, including translating plans and policies into practice.

  5. Provide consultation and guidance to internal units regarding the preparation of plans and projects.

  6. Coordinate and collaborate with, or support the operations of, other related agencies as assigned.
