Q: What expenses must an applicant bear when applying for permission to use sports facilities?

A: According to the regulations of the Department of Physical Education regarding the criteria and procedures for applying for permission to use sports fields and facilities, B.E. 2550 (2007):

Clause 6: The applicant must pay maintenance fees for sports fields and facilities, electricity fees, and other expenses for using the sports fields and facilities to the Department of Physical Education. Even if the use of a field or facility is only partial, the full maintenance fee must be paid as if the entire field and facility were used.

Clause 7: Maintenance fees for sports fields and facilities are calculated based on the duration requested and granted for use, even if the applicant uses the field and facilities for less than the full duration.

If the Department of Physical Education allows the applicant to use the field and facilities beyond the requested and granted time, the applicant must pay maintenance fees for the excess period at a rate of one and a half times the normal maintenance fee, plus other expenses as deemed appropriate and correct by the Department of Physical Education.
