Computer Officer (MIS) Position

Specific Qualifications:

Monitor and oversee the use of the physical education staff performance tracking system and the Department of Physical Education project tracking system.

Respond to questions/issues via the information system between the Department and physical education staff.

Coordinate with internal and external agencies in collecting and storing data for input into the National Statistical Office's information system (according to the Department's indicators).

Collect data to link to the Executive Information System (EIS).

Provide advice/clarification on troubleshooting information system usage.

Design, evaluate, and summarize monthly information system usage reports.

Encourage or motivate continuous use of the information system.

Disseminate and publicize information technology news through the Department's website.

Perform other assigned tasks.

Computer Officer (Programmer) Position

Specific Qualifications:

Study and analyze the Department's information system data.

Develop, correct, and improve errors in the Department's information system.

Coordinate with internal and external agencies in developing information technology systems.

Provide advice/clarification on troubleshooting information system usage.

Design, evaluate, and summarize monthly reports on problems and solutions for each system.

Encourage or motivate continuous use of the information system.

Disseminate and publicize information technology news through the Department's website.

Perform other assigned tasks.

General Qualifications

Male/Female, age 23 years and above.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

At least 1 year of work experience in computer-related fields.
