The Department of Physical Education, Ministry of Tourism and Sports, in collaboration with the Lawn Tennis Association of Thailand under the Royal Patronage, organized a referee training course: the second basic level (entry-level) tennis referee training program. The course was held at the National Tennis Development Center of the Lawn Tennis Association of Thailand in Muang Thong Thani from July 28th to August 3rd, 2018.
The opening ceremony for the second basic-level (entry-level) tennis referee training course was held on July 28th. Mr. Thaitanu Wannasuk, Secretary-General of the Lawn Tennis Association of Thailand under the Royal Patronage, presided over the ceremony. A total of 40 participants attended the training.
The training was conducted by Mr. Amorn Duangpinkham, a Thai International Tennis Federation (ITF) referee; Mr. Nattapol Chaiyadej, an ITF white badge referee; and Mr. Paithoon Namkorn, an ITF white badge referee.
