# To promote sports standards,
the Department of Physical Education, in collaboration with the Billiard Association of Thailand, organized a basic-level snooker coaching and referee training program from July 21-25, 2018, at the Asian Billiard Sports Development Institute in Bangkok. The
opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Thapabut Chomsevi, Vice President of the Billiard Association of Thailand, with Mr. Passapong Pitakpolsin, Secretary-General of the Billiard Association of Thailand, giving the report. The coaching course was taught by Mr. Chuchart Trairatpradit and Mr. Rattanon Khemtat, while the refereeing course was taught by Mr. Apiwit Sinsuwanmethi and Mr. Sakol Kijsujaritkul.
