Mr. Patchara Tangpanich, Director of the Bureau of Recreation and Acting Deputy Director-General of the Department of Physical Education, presided over the opening ceremony of the training program "Capacity Development of Recreation Leaders in Prisons and Correctional Institutions," held from December 12 – 14, 2018. The program aims to promote and develop the potential of recreation leaders working with special and underprivileged groups, increasing their knowledge of recreational activities to enable effective application. Police Colonel Narat Sawettanan, Director-General of the Department of Corrections, also attended the event at the Nonthaburi Palace Hotel on December 12, 2018.
