Call for applications for those interested in participating in the Anti-Drug Recreation Camp for Quality of Life Development for the Year 2015

Batch 1: Accepting applications for 50 students aged between 8 - 13 years old.

Batch 2: Accepting applications for 50 students aged between 14 - 18 years old.

Participate in the Anti-Drug Recreation Camp activities for Quality of Life Development in Ratchaburi Province or as determined by the Department of Physical Education.

Batch 1: Between April 20 - 22, 2015

Batch 2: Between April 29 - May 1, 2015

Application Documents:

- Two 1-inch photographs

- One copy of a student ID card, national ID card, birth certificate, house registration, or other documents that can specify the date of birth. You can fill out the application form on the Department of Physical Education's registration website, print it out, and submit it along with the required documents, including parental/guardian consent to participate in the activities.

Submit to the Child and Youth Recreation Group (Gate 12), Bureau of Recreation, Department of Physical Education.
