Mr. Nare Laowicha, Director of the Bureau of Recreation, as a representative of the Department of Physical Education, joined in congratulating the Pattaya City School Marching Band, which won the championship in Category C for HRH Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn's Royal Trophy in the 30th Student Marching Band Competition for the Royal Trophy for the Year 2011, and represented Thailand in the Rastede Germany World Band 2011 competition between July 4-13, 2011, in the Federal Republic of Germany, winning 2 championship titles, which are:

1. Gold Medal Winner with a score of 93.50 in the Marching Parade category (European Open Champion 2011)

2. Gold Medal Winner with a score of 92.35 in the Show Band category (European Open Champion 2011)
