Application Process: Use form SKL.1 with the school director's signature and official stamp, then upload the file into the system to request a username and password.
Form SKL.3 must be uploaded into the system while filling out the athlete's detailed information.
Form SKL.2 is obtained upon application completion under the "Registration Report" menu >> select "Athlete and Official Photo Layout".
When logging in, please do not forget to check the "General User" box.
